Simflexity, formerly known as Gigleer, is a dynamic marketplace connecting companies with immediate manpower needs to on-the-go workers. The journey commenced in May 2020 and successfully launched its React Native app in March 2021.

At the startup's inception, I spearheaded UX design efforts, crafting prototypes and mockups for the app. Playing a pivotal role, I shaped UI components, provided input on requirements, and held responsibility for final design approval. As the project evolved, my focus shifted towards ownership of the design while actively contributing to app development, ensuring cohesive integration between design vision and technical implementation.

As a dynamic startup, Simflexity operates at a fast pace, necessitating adaptability. During the transition when Simflexity separated from Gigleer, I assumed responsibility for overhauling the entire mobile app for Android and iOS. Moreover, I led the redesign of Simflexity's external web platform, overseeing iterative design processes and integrating feedback from stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment with evolving needs.
