I designed the user flow for BankID login and verification which I then implemented utilizing React and React Native. I used Figma to design and prototype a streamlined solution aimed at providing Vimla users with multiple subscriptions a more intuitive method for managing and viewing their subscriptions. Adopting a mobile-first approach in both design and implementation ensured optimal user experience across all platforms.

Since joining Vimla, I have been a driving force in fostering UX discussions within projects and as well as at an organizational level. In an initiative to prioritize UX, I took charge of creating prototypes for all existing company services using Figma. Product owners could use the prototypes to visualize and experiment with new ideas efficiently. Developers could rely on the prototype as a 'source of truth' for expedited development, thereby enhancing collaboration and efficiency within the team.

Furthermore, I led the integration of Trustpilot into Vimla's platform, enabling seamless referral of customers for reviews and feedback. Since its implementation, Vimla's rating has seen a significant improvement, reflecting the effectiveness of our efforts.
